How to Use This Free Anger Assessment Tool

The scale ranges from 0-30, with 30 being the highest score (each item ranges from a score of 0 to 3). The higher your score, the more likely you have anger issues.

 

If you've been abused, you probably already know instinctively if you have anger issues. But taking this test gives you an objective "number" that you can use to decide what to do. A guide to interpreting your score is described after the test form below.
